Robin Murdoch is an American journalist and news reporter born in Concord, New Hampshire. She works for Fox 2 News. She has worked for Fox 2 News for more than a decade. Murdoch was raised in Concord, New Hampshire and later went to Emerson College in Boston.

She has been working at Fox 2 News for more than ten years. Time really does go fast when you enjoy your work. In her own words she says, “I am happy to wake up with you every morning at 4:00 a. m, whether it’s raining, snowing, or sunny. Each day is different, and that’s why it’s easy to wake up early.
You might see me on the side of a frozen highway in Metro Detroit, giving live updates from a scene where someone was shot and killed. Or you might find me knee-deep in mud, with lots of kids around me. I get to to talk about brave actions and sometimes I have to talk about actions that make me sad. I do it because YOU should be aware of what is going on nearby. This is more than just work. It’s something special or lucky to have.”

Murdoch was raised in Concord, New Hampshire and later went to Emerson College in Boston. She started her reporting job a long time ago in Alpena, Michigan. Before she came to Detroit,she worked at radio stations in Cadillac and Knoxville, Tennessee.
